Life is a rollercoaster ride with ups and downs, and not all days are filled with sunshine and happiness. In fact, there are days when we feel overwhelmed, anxious, or simply unhappy. These are the days when we wish we could stay in bed and hide from the world. But the truth is that these difficult days are just as important as the good ones. They are a reminder that we are human and that life is not always perfect.

In today’s episode of Mentor Moment, I'm going to share five ways that you can boost your mood and feel better overall. When you seek them out and you practice them and bring them into your life, you will feel less stress. You will increase your confidence, your resilience, and feel happier and better overall.

Dare of the Week

✌️Your dare this week, should you choose to accept it, is:

1. Choose one of the actions in the episode for every day of this week coming up. Maybe even  grab your bestie and embark on this fun adventure together.

2. Afterward,  talk about how it felt or if you went solo, journal.

3. Ask yourself, Which one really did reduce your stress and make you feel better overall?
Rinse and repeat.
